北斗系统与中国PNT应用平台

  • [摘要]:The progress & future of Beidou Satellite Navigation System from the view of PNT(Positioning, Navigation & Timing) systemic engineering is introduced in this peper. There are two kinds of the open service and warrant service for Beidou Satellite Navigation System. Beidou system will free provide open service for positioning(precision as 10 m), velocity survey(precision as 0.2 m/s), timing(precision as 50 ns) and short message service(120 Chinese words once).As also, the system will provide securer & more precision service in positioning, navigation(ve-locity survey), timing and short message service with the information of the integrity of the system for warrant user. The system is open, independent, compatible and increasing. It provides high precision synchronization of time & fre-quency for telecommunication network, electric power grid, broadcasting television network, computer network and multifold PNT application in various scopes such as ocean fishery, traffic & transport, military affairs, earthquake, weather service, science & technology engineering and so on.in China. It is necessary to point that the Beidou system is the core and the foundation of PNT application industry for China Abstract:从PNT(定位,导航,授时)系统工程的视角介绍北斗卫星导航系统的进展和未来.北斗系统有开放服务和授权服务两种业务;开放服务免费提供定位(精度为10 m),测速(精度为0.2 m/s),授时(单向精度为50 ns)和短电文(120字/次)通信服务;授权服务将向授权用户提供更安全,精度更高的定位,导航(测速),授时和通信服务以及系统完好性信息.该系统具有开放性,自主性,兼容性,渐进性等特点;它能为中国的电信网,电力网,广播电视网,计算机网提供高精度时间频率同步,并为渔业,交通运输,军事,地震,气象,科技工程诸等多领域提供各种PNT应用;有必要指出,北斗系统是中国PNT业务的核心和应用产业平台
