EAMA robot is developed for close inspection and maintenance of EAST internal components between plasma discharge without breaking the vacuum condition. The robot system has 180 degrees coverage of EAST vacuum vessel for every direction. It has ability to achieve  the whole vacuum chamber scanning and inspection, as well as remote rough check and close-up fine inspection. Meanwhile, the radiation-resistant imaging fiber can be used in the nuclear radiation environment for a long time.
