As a core component of helium cryogenic system, the helium turbine after designing, manufacturing, balance testing, room temperature testing, in order to test the mechanical properties of the helium turbine.When the room temperature testing is completed, the low temperature test will be carried out to test the cryogenic thermodynamic performance and the mechanical properties at low temperature of the helium turbine. The helium low temperature testing platform is needed. The parameters of the test platform are as follows: flow rate is about 150 g/s,the inlet pressure can research about 19.5 bara, outlet pressure is about  1 to 10 bara, the inlet temperatureless than 80 K (with liquid nitrogen Precooling).the testing platform can be used as a shared platform to meet the different parameters of helium turbines testing.
