Multi-band Fully Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar

May 29, 2025

The Multi-band Fully Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (Multi-band Full-polarimetric SAR) is primarily designed to acquire geometric and polarimetric information of ground objects, retrieve physical information about target composition, and perform target classification. It has the capability to provide high-resolution radar image data and fully polarimetric radar image data in P-band, L-band, C-band, and X-band under all-weather and all-time conditions. It can also generate digital terrain models, multi-band high-resolution radar image data, and multi-band fully polarimetric radar data, offering multi-dimensional information for the interpretation of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images, target recognition, and classification. Additionally, it provides fundamental observational data for scientific research on the interaction between electromagnetic waves and matter. This radar system can be widely applied in various fields, including topographic mapping, environmental protection, disaster monitoring, urban planning, scientific research, and national security.
