China Remote Sensing Satellite Ground Station

The China Remote Sensing Satellite Ground Station was completed and put into operation in December 1986, with the Aerospace Information Research Institute as the project legal entity. In May 2017, the National Reception Station Network Project for Land Observation Satellite Data passed the national acceptance. Now forming an operational pattern with the Beijing headquarters as the center and data reception conducted at multiple stations including Miyun, Kashi, Sanya, Lijiang and Mohe, the China Remote Sensing Satellite Ground Station undertakes the data reception tasks of all civil land observation satellites and space science satellites in China, enabling real-time and seamless reception covering the entire territory of China.
