On May 6, 2024, the Workshop on Odd-Parity Superconductivity and Topological Superconductivity was successfully held at the Huairou Campus of the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. This workshop was the second in a series of seminars organized by the Synergetic Extreme Condition Experimental Facility to refine scientific objectives. More than 50 experts, scholars, and students from the University of Science and Technology of China, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Beijing Academy of Quantum Information Sciences, Zhejiang University, Hefei Institutes of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences attended the event.

Hu Jiangping, Deputy Director of the Institute of Physics, delivered the opening speech to welcome all the participants. Researcher Lv Li briefly introduced the background of organizing this workshop and reviewed the exploration history of odd-parity superconductivity and topological superconductivity. Subsequently, Academician Chen Xianhui from the University of Science and Technology of China presented a Qihu Lake Material Science Forum report titled "Superconducting Stripe and Anisotropic Tc in the EuO/KTaO3 Interface." Ten experts, including Researcher Hu Jiangping from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Professor Cao Guanghan from Zhejiang University, gave keynote speeches on odd-parity superconductivity and topological superconductivity. The experts and scholars present conducted in-depth discussions on the cutting-edge scientific issues related to odd-parity superconductivity and topological superconductivity. During the workshop, everyone actively participated in the discussions, and the atmosphere was lively.

Researchers Luo Jianlin, Lv Li, Cheng Jinguang, Deputy Director of the Institute of Physics, and Academician Chen Xianhui from the University of Science and Technology of China co-hosted the workshop.
