The MeV-UED instrument is a powerful "electron camera" for the study of ultrafast atomic & molecular dynamics in gas and solid-state samples. This instrument has demonstrated the following properties: spatial resolution 0.01 Angstrom, temporal resolution 50 fs (FWHM), kinetic beam energy 3.0 MeV with repetition rate 200 Hz.
