综合极端条件实验装置(Synergetic Extreme Condition User Facility,SECUF)是由中国科学院物理研究所主建、吉林大学共建的国家重大科技基础设施项目。该装置旨在为国内外用户提供国际一流的极低温、超高压、强磁场、超快光场等极端实验条件,用于开展材料合成、物性表征、量子调控、超快过程等物质科学的前沿研究。综合极端条件实验装置已通过国家验收并进入正式运行阶段,现将于2026年3月1日开放本年度第一轮普通课题征集。
用户课题申请方式
用户如需使用综合极端条件实验装置开展实验,需要登录中国科学院重大科技基础设施共享服务平台(https://lssf.cas.cn),新增普通课题申请。课题评审通过后,用户可按获批的实验机时(有效期为一年),分一次或多次预约具体的实验时间。
用户课题申请时间
综合极端条件实验装置每年向用户开放两轮普通课题集中征集:第一轮征集时间为每年3月1日-3月31日,第二轮征集时间为每年9月1日- 9月30日。现面向用户公开征集2026年度第一轮普通课题,本次课题征集时间为 2026年3月1日- 2026年3月31日。
本轮综合极端条件实验装置共21个实验站集中开放课题征集,分别为:

用户课题申请须知
您申请使用综合极端条件实验装置的过程,具体分为课题申请、实验预约及用户成果反馈三部分。
1. 课题申请:用户提交申请--用户办预审--设备管理员初审--专家函评--用户委员会会评--实验站负责人终审--通知用户--用户获得机时;
*提交申请时请在课题申请书的首页加盖单位或部门公章,并将课题申请书电子版上传至“基本信息-项目文本”中
2. 实验预约:用户提交实验申请--设备管理员审核并分配机时--用户确认实验;
3. 用户成果反馈:用户提交科研成果(论文、专利、获奖等)。

Dear experts and scholars:
Synergetic Extreme Condition User Facility (SECUF) is a large research infrastructure built by the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and co-constructed by Jilin University. SECUF is designed to provide international top-class extreme experimental conditions such as extremely low temperature, strong magnetic field, ultra-high pressure, and ultra-fast light field for domestic and foreign users to conduct frontier research in material science such as material synthesis, physical characterization, quantum regulation, and ultra-fast processes.SECUF has successfully passed the national acceptance and enter the formal operation stage. The first round of general proposal application for the year 2026 will be open to users on March 1st, 2026.
General Proposal Application Method
To carry out experiments using SECUF, users need to log in to the Chinese Academy of Sciences Large Research Infrastructures User Service Platform (https://lssf.cas.cn/en/index.jsp), fill in the application for the general proposal. After the review of proposal is approved, specific experimental time can be reserved one or more times according to the approved experimental time (valid for one year).
Proposal Application Time
SECUF opens two rounds of general proposal applications per year to users. The first round of applications runs from March 1 - March 31 each year, and the second round runs from September 1 - September 30 each year. The first round of general proposal application for the year 2026 will be open to users from March 1 - March 31, 2026.
A total of 21 experimental stations will be open in this round of general proposal application.

C3 Ultra-low temperature high magnetic field quantum transport and manipulation experimental station
C4 Low-temperature high magnetic field electron transport and spectroscopic measurement station
D1 Femtosecond dynamics experimental station

The process of applying for the use of SECUF is specifically divided into three parts: proposal application, experimental reservation and feedback of user results.
1.Proposal application: user submits application - pre-approval by user office - preliminary review by equipment administrator - correspondence evaluation by experts - meeting evaluation by User Committee - final review by the head of experimental station - notify the user - user gets the experimental time;

2.Experiment reservation: user submits application for experiment - equipment administrator reviews and allocates experimental time - user confirms experiment;
3.Feedback on user results: user submits research results (papers, patents, awards, etc.).
