The 20T ultra-highly uniform superconducting magnet (54 mm standard-bore) is coupled with a Bruker 850 MHz NMR spectrometer, featuring 5mm QCI H-P/C/N-D-5-Z and CP2.1 TCI 850 S6 (1H-13C/15N-2D) CryoProbes. The probes are equipped with automatic tuning and matching capabilities for optimal performance. The system is operated via a workstation running TopSpin 3.6 software, enabling a wide range of NMR experiments. These include 1D experiments for 1H, 13C, and 31P, as well as advanced 2D experiments (1H-1H, 1H-13C, 1H-15N and 1H-31P) and triple resonance techniques, which are responsible for structural study of biological macromolecular.
