This facility is currently the world's largest motor-loaded turbine component test rig, featuring electric power recovery capabilities. It is primarily utilized to conduct tests on multi-stage turbine comprehensive performance, blade comprehensive cooling effectiveness under rotating conditions, rim seal validation, and full-annular nozzle mass flow, providing core support for advanced turbine R&D. Key Specifications: Max. main air mass flow rate: 68 kg/s; Max. coolant mass flow rate: 17 kg/s; Max. test section inlet temperature: 600 ℃; Max. rotor speed: 9000/5000 rpm; Max. power absorption: 30 MW.
