Introduction

The high-efficiency new-type cycle test platform is a multi-functional, modular, open-sharing test platform specifically designed for the research and verification of wet air turbine cycles. Its aim is to explore the energy conversion laws of advanced and new power cycles, master the technology of efficient and low-carbon power cycle systems, and innovate system integration techniques. It provides research and development means for the study of gas turbine system characteristics and offers a fundamental support for the sustainable and low-carbon development of fossil energy.

Core Functions

Multi-Cycle Research: Based on this cyclic test platform, the characteristics of gas turbine regenerative cycles, water injection regenerative cycles, steam injection regenerative cycles, and wet air turbine cycles, as well as the corresponding component characteristics, can be studied. At the same time, this test platform also supports conducting pure power generation and combined heat and power supply test research for the cycles.

Key Component Research : It can independently or in combination test the pneumatic, thermal and mechanical performance of core equipment such as gas turbine units, air humidifiers, regenerators, and after coolers.

Control Strategy Development: Equipped with a Distributed Control System (DCS), the platform facilitates the validation and optimization of advanced control strategies and algorithms.

Flexible Reconfiguration: Key components are connected via flanges and arranged on independent stations, allowing for rapid replacement of test articles according to research needs, embodying a "one platform, multiple uses" concept.
