Gas Turbine Multi-Fuel Operation Characteristics Test System
The Gas Turbine Multi-Fuel Operation Characteristics Test System is designed for the experimental research on complete gas turbines and key components of 30 MW class and below. It can provide a test environment close to engineering application conditions for various gas turbine models, suitable for scientific research and engineering test tasks including complete machine performance verification, multi-fuel adaptability research, control strategy development, and key component testing.
Core Capabilities
Complete Machine Operation Characteristics Test
It can conduct research and performance verification on the operation characteristics of complete gas turbines of 30 MW class and below.
Multi-Configuration Adaptability
It meets the test requirements of gas turbines with both front-output shaft and rear-output shaft configurations. When replacing the test model, the generator set itself requires no adjustment; test conversion between different gas turbine models can be achieved by replacing special adapter frames, inlet and exhaust connecting pipes, and related auxiliary systems.
Multi-Fuel Test Capability
It satisfies test requirements under various fuel conditions such as natural gas, syngas, hydrogen, and diesel fuel, supporting research on gas turbine multi-fuel operation characteristics.
Independent Test Capability for Key Components
It can independently carry out experimental research on combustors, control systems, heat transfer characteristics, mechanical performance of different gas turbine models.
Control Strategy Development and Verification
The test bench is equipped with an advanced Distributed Control System (DCS), supporting the development, verification and optimization of advanced control strategies and algorithms.
Flexible Reconfiguration and Platform-Based Application
Key equipment adopts flange connections, and each system is arranged relatively independently. Rapid reconfiguration and switching can be realized according to scientific research and test demands, featuring the application characteristic of "one platform, multiple purposes".
