Thermographic paint temperature measurement is a non-interfering surface temperature measurement method that indicates the temperature changes and distribution of an object's surface through color changes. It does not damage the complex structure of the tested component and does not affect the aerodynamic and heat transfer characteristics of the tested component. It can directly and vividly display the surface temperature field distribution of the hot-end components of aircraft engines and heavy gas turbines without the need for a physical transmission medium for signal transmission. The construction of the thermographic paint spraying and interpretation system for efficient and low-carbon gas turbine test devices has a temperature measurement range of 140 to 1290°C.
