The CC-01 high-temperature high-pressure optical combustion Chamber test rig focuses on exploring fundamental flame characteristics under gas turbine combustor operating conditions, investigating cutting-edge mechanism features of advanced combustion technologies, and conducting full-condition combustion characteristic tests on key combustor components—single nozzles. It employs advanced testing techniques, such as non-contact optical measurement, to conduct studies on combustion mechanism characteristics, combustion performance, and single-can combustor performance tests. These studies encompass internal flow, reaction, pollutant formation, and flow-reaction coupling within model burners/single nozzle, achieving a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 2~3.
The CC-01 test bench comprises three test positions: CC-01A, CC-01B, and CC-01C. The types of tests that can be performed include:
·Single Nozzle/Burner Flow Field / Species Field / Temperature Field Measurement Tests
·Single Nozzle/Burner Ignition / Extinction / Flashback Characteristic Tests
·Single Nozzle/Burner Pressure Influence Tests
·Single Nozzle/Burner Fuel Flexibility Tests
·Single Nozzle/Burner High-Temperature High-Pressure Combustion Oscillation Characteristic Tests
·Single Nozzle/Burner Pure Oxygen Combustion Characteristic Tests
·Gas Turbine Combustor Full-Scale Single Nozzle Performance Tests
·Industrial Gas Turbine Full-Scale Combustor Ignition and Flame Propagation Performance Tests
·Industrial Gas Turbine Single-Can Full-Scale Combustor Load Transition and Full-Temperature Full-Pressure Performance Tests
On the CC-01 test bench, a series of full-temperature, full-pressure performance tests have been conducted for single-can, full-scale combustors of various domestically developed gas turbine models. These include: characteristics tests of IGCC coal-derived gas burners under the "National Science and Technology Major Project"; aviation kerosene burner performance tests; flame structure measurements for pure hydrogen burners; natural gas and hydrogen-blended natural gas performance tests for HGT51F and G50 gas turbine single-can combustors; hydrogen performance tests for the G15H gas turbine single-can combustor; low-emission combustor performance tests for AGT-25 engine; and fuel flexibility tests.
