This test rig is dedicated to gas turbine hot-section component R&D. It mainly conducts tests on comprehensive cooling effectiveness of turbine blades, combustor-turbine coupling, high-temperature durability of coatings and specialized measurement. Key Specs: Operating condition: full-temperature/pressure (Up to 3.5MPa, 1700℃, 60kg/s) and medium-temperature/pressure (Up to 1.0MPa, 600℃, 60kg/s). Distinctive features: The test rig is equipped with a comprehensive instrumentation system including steady/dynamic, IR thermography, TSP/PSP and gas analysis. It has taken the lead in China to complete the cooling effectiveness test of the first-stage turbine vane and blade and combustor-turbine coupling tests for F-class heavy-duty gas turbines at full-temperature/pressure condition. This demonstrates that it can meet the requirements for test and verification of various high-temperature components.
