Designed for high-efficiency energy conversion, the seven-stage axial-flow expander serves as the core power-generating component of the cycle, converting the thermal energy of the high-temperature, high-pressure sCO2 into mechanical work. Rated for 600°C, 24 MPa, and 26 kg/s at the inlet, it delivers a power of 3.2 MW at 16,000 rpm. The expander is equipped with a dry gas seal system, a digital electro-hydraulic control system (DEH), and an emergency trip system (ETS) to ensure reliable long-term operation under high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-speed conditions.
